Lloyd Langford is a Wales-born stand-up comedian, writer and actor who has become a true audience favourite in Australia. Known for his sharp wit, lovable storytelling and brilliantly dry delivery, Lloyd has been selling out shows across the country since arriving in 2015 for the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
Now a regular fixture on Australian television, Lloyd is a fan favourite on major hit shows including Have You Been Paying Attention?, Thank God You’re Here, Spicks and Specks, Celebrity Gogglebox, The Hundred with Andy Lee, and Would I Lie To You? Australia. He also tours extensively through New Zealand, performing at the New Zealand International Comedy Festival and appearing on shows like 7 Days and Have You Been Paying Attention NZ.
Internationally, Lloyd has built an impressive comedy career over two decades, performing at the Edinburgh Fringesince 2002 and touring worldwide from Abu Dhabi to Zurich. He’s appeared on iconic UK programs including QI, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, and Russell Howard’s Good News, while also becoming a respected comedy writer—working on major titles such as Live at The Apollo, 8 Out of Cats Does Countdown, and The Apprentice: You’re Fired.
In 2021, Lloyd toured nationally with fellow comedian (and partner) Anne Edmonds in Business With Pleasure, selling out theatres including the Sydney Opera House, before the show was later recorded as a Paramount+ stand-up special.
