Graham Harvey is recognised as one of Australia’s leading thought leaders on Service Design, Customer Experience, and Relationship Marketing. With over three decades of experience across Australasia and the Asia-Pacific, Graham has worked with organisations of every size to help them achieve clarity of purpose, build high-performance service cultures, and design standout customer experiences.
Born in New Zealand, Graham spent 12 years in the travel industry, including as District Sales Manager for UTA French Airlines and Director of a successful corporate travel agency, before moving to Perth where he established his own import distribution company. His career in personal and professional development began with the Success Motivation Institute, where he was named Australasian Motivator of the Year in 1987. In 1990 he founded Quantum Results, later rebranded as Service IQ and now Service EQ, providing consulting, training, and facilitation in customer service excellence and relationship marketing.
Graham’s energetic and direct presentation style, combined with his ability to simplify complex ideas, has made him one of the most in-demand speakers in his field. He has addressed audiences across Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia-Pacific on topics ranging from customer experience and service culture to marketing, sales effectiveness, and personal performance.
He is a past President of the Regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry (WA), the Rotary Club of Millpoint (South Perth), and has served on multiple chamber boards.
