Ambience is a polished and versatile acoustic duo & trio, delivering soulful vocals and vibrant renditions of popular songs from the 60s to today. Formed in 2017 and trained at WAAPA, the group has performed for major clients including Crown and Optus Stadium, as well as countless weddings, private events and corporate functions. With a wide repertoire of easy-listening favourites and upbeat hits, Ambience brings warmth, style and musical finesse to any occasion.
Available as an acoustic guitar & vocal duo, a refined piano & vocal duo, or a versatile cocktail trio, Ambience offers flexible line-ups tailored perfectly to suit the atmosphere of your event. After studying together for five years at WAAPA, Samantha (vocals), Jack (drums), Matt (guitar) and Shaun (piano) combined their passion and professionalism to create a group dedicated to elevating every event with the magic of live music. Their performance highlights include the WA Sportsman of the Year Awards at Optus Stadium, His Majesty’s Theatre and Crown Perth.
Outside of Ambience, all members work as full-time professional musicians — teaching across WA schools, performing in original acts and theatre productions, and writing and producing their own music. Their collective experience and musicianship ensure a seamless, uplifting and memorable live music experience.
