Adrian Wilson is a Perth-based singer-songwriter and live acoustic performer, known for his distinctive vocals, catchy songwriting and polished folk-pop sound. A graduate of the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) with an Advanced Diploma in Music Production, Adrian has built a strong reputation performing across Western Australia’s pub, club and live music circuits.
Beginning his career as a producer, Adrian Wilson quickly found his natural calling in songwriting and live performance. In 2010, he released his debut EP A New Direction before forming the band Beside Lights, who reached the finals of Australia’s Got Talent and released a self-titled EP that debuted at number one on the iTunes rock charts. The band went on to support major acts including The Vines, Adam Brand, Flight Facilities and 1927.
Following the band’s conclusion, Adrian returned to his solo career, growing a strong online following with his YouTube channel surpassing 3.3 million views. Recent releases include the singles Home and Soldier Heart, along with the EP Half Heart, showcasing his evolving sound and heartfelt songwriting.
